A Year-End Message from the CEO

As another year comes to a close, I am reminded of something fundamental: true innovation does not follow the industry—it reshapes it.

From our earliest days, we never set out to be a filtration company. We never aspired to mimic or marginally improve the status quo. Instead, we pursued something far more ambitious and far more meaningful—to understand and manage the chemistry of lubricants.

That decision led to the development of the very first ion exchange filter for lubricant applications, which became ICB® and continues to define who we are today. And as I reflect on our journey and the momentum we have built this year, one truth stands stronger than ever:

Long before the industry acknowledged lubricant deposits as a root cause of failure… before “varnish” became a buzzword and entered the mainstream—our team was designing the chemistry solution that would transform lubricant reliability forever.

ICB ion-exchange technology was designed from the ground up to solve what industry-standard filtration could not:

• Inability to remove the dissolved oxidation products,
• Inability to remove catalysts that accelerate breakdown,
